Alexandria, VA – The Conservative Political Action Coalition (CPAC) announced today that Donald Trump’s former Acting Director of National Intelligence and former Ambassador to Germany Ric Grenell will speak at the inaugural CPAC Israel on July 20, just days after President Biden’s visit.
“Ambassador Ric Grenell understands the stakes in the Middle East, and is a friend to the cause of liberty in the United States and around the world,” CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp said. “President Biden’s Middle East tour is an insult to our great ally, Israel, and bolsters Iran’s nefarious agenda.
“CPAC Israel, which will be held in Tel Aviv, will show a stark contrast between our principles and Biden’s woke, Iran-centric foreign policy. Our blockbuster lineup of speakers will make the case for a better path to peace and security in the Middle East.”
In addition to Ric Grenell, other confirmed speakers include conservative commentator Ben Shapiro, former US Attorney General Matt Whitaker, CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp, and CPAC Senior Fellow Mercedes Schlapp. Additional speakers will be announced in the coming days.
The Conservative Political Action Conference is the largest and most influential gathering of conservatives in the world. Launched in 1974, CPAC brings together hundreds of conservative organizations, thousands of activists, millions of viewers and the best and brightest leaders in the world.
Just days after CPAC Israel, CPAC Texas will be held in Dallas, TX on August 4-7. Details can be found at http://www.cpac.org.
CPAC Israel is part of a series of international events to promote freedom and national sovereignty that recognizes the dignity and worth of every individual. Other international CPAC events this year include CPAC Hungary, CPAC Brazil, CPAC Mexico, CPAC Japan, and CPAC Australia.
CPAC Israel is being hosted in partnership with several Israeli conservative organizations.
